Yes, you're seeing that right.
This is indeed, a sneak peek of an upcoming film sequel,
to the smash-hit 2020 Keanu Reeves' video-game.
Coming up with this idea ever since I enjoyed the game
last year, I thought there was more of this world to explore
(albeit using 'The Movies game' but whatever),
new characters you can create to carry some potential
legacy, and new original stories to tell to expand the lore.
At least, something I could come up with in my head: an
old-fashioned hard-boiled cop murder mystery, in the future
city from the game. This is a teaser poster, by the way.
Again, in this particular trailer: it's only a concept.
This supposed movie might have a rewrite over
the year, I might never know. :|
This is tremendously exciting to work on a real film
once again; just have to finish writing up the
Cyberpunk script, not to mention gather the ideal
voice cast for all the characters in said movie.
No official release day but i'm planning to premiere
it in 2023. 😆 Too damn awesome, rejoice and
enjoy this experimental but new teaser trailer; of
the announced fillm continuation to the praised
game: Cyberpunk 2083 . . .
